Terms of Service - 30 Minute Defense

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile game 30 Minute Defense and any related services provided by Fishtail Labs.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play 30 Minute Defense on personal mobile devices. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Fishtail Labs.

2. Virtual Assets & progression

All virtual assets, gold coins, unit upgrade levels, unlocked tactics, and high-scores acquired or purchased within 30 Minute Defense are part of the game's software code. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred to other users, and are not redeemable for cash or physical items.

3. Unacceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to cheat, exploit, hack, reverse engineer, or manipulate our game's logic, spawning rates, or save state files. Modifying local save variables (such as manually inflating your gold balances) is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban of your game installation from any online services or leaderboards.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, balance, patch, or temporarily suspend the game or its components at any time to improve gameplay performance, balance, or security. We are not liable for any adjustments to virtual stats or progression resulting from game updates.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will operate without errors, lag, or data corruption, and we disclaim any responsibility for losses due to device crashes or data deletion.
