By downloading or using the Archeaven: City Dungeon app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in Archeaven: City Dungeon, along with the underlying software code, are owned directly by Fishtail Labs.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use Archeaven: City Dungeon only for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure.

3. Connection and Fees

Please be aware that there are certain things that Fishtail Labs will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app (such as loading advertisements and downloading content updates) will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Fishtail Labs cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, or if you have used up your data allowance.

4. Modifications to the Service

Fishtail Labs is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Fishtail Labs accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of Archeaven: City Dungeon, including but not limited to loss of game progression data, device malfunction, or network errors.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Fishtail Labs, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
